Cla180 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the cla180 platform by all registered members. Please read each section carefully before using any of our services.
These terms apply to all users who access or use the cla180 platform, including via web browser and mobile application.
Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement
By registering an account or using any part of the cla180 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform's services.
The cla180 platform is strictly for individuals aged eighteen (18) and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. cla180 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account pending verification if there are reasonable grounds to doubt a user's age.
This platform is intended solely for users accessing it from locations where the use of such services is permitted under local law. The responsibility for ensuring compliance with local laws rests entirely with the user.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the cla180 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Identity fraud or the submission of false information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the name registered on their account matches the name of the bank account holder used for deposits and withdrawals. Name mismatches may result in delays or rejection of withdrawal transactions.
Password Security & Account Access
Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. Passwords must be kept confidential at all times and must not be shared with any third party, including family members. cla180 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login information.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact cla180 customer support immediately to freeze the account while an investigation is carried out. Users are also advised to change their password regularly as an added security measure.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected. FPX, Touch n Go, and Boost eWallet are among the available options. All deposits are subject to verification, and cla180 reserves the right to hold a deposit pending identity verification where required. Deposits that fail due to a third-party technical error will be refunded in accordance with the standard procedures of the relevant financial institution.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a bank account whose registered name matches the name on the cla180 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. cla180 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals that exceed set limits or in situations requiring additional verification. Processing times vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method.
Any suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations. cla180 reserves the right to freeze accounts and hold funds during an investigation, without prior notice, where signs of suspicious activity are detected.
Prohibited Use & Limitation of Liability
Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from using the cla180 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these terms. Specific prohibitions include:
- Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Attempting to manipulate the promotions system or exploit technical loopholes
- Distributing content that contains malware or malicious code
- Disrupting platform operations or the technical infrastructure supporting them
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
Limitation of cla180's Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cla180 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses due to service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party actions beyond our control. cla180's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Cla180 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if:
- The user is found to have violated any term in this document
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected
- User is unable to verify identity when requested
- The account has been inactive beyond the specified period
- Instructions have been received from the relevant authorities
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the cla180 platform — including brand names, logos, interface design, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of cla180 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, redistributing, selling, or using any such content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of this intellectual property may result in legal action.
The cla180 platform may interact with third-party service providers such as payment processors and game providers. cla180 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third parties. Any transactions or interactions with third parties are undertaken at the user's own risk and are subject to the relevant third party's terms.
Cla180 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. This document is governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
